Protein pancakes

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day that is why here we show you a healthy and delicious recipe so that you can vary in your mornings and start the day with a lot of energy.

· 2 eggs
· 1 scoop of Vegaly protein of the flavor you prefer.
· 1/2 scoop of oatmeal.
· Add about 1/4 cup of almond milk or water.
· To garnish we can use yogurt and chopped fruit or whatever you prefer.

How to prepare it?

1. We put all the ingredients in the blender glass
2. We beat, and put a small amount in the non-stick pan,
more or less so that it covers the entire surface (better if we preheat the fire
pan first).
3. As soon as we start to see that little bubbles come out in the mixture we can give it
the turn so that it is done on the other side: be careful because it is a matter of seconds,
it takes nothing to do.
4. You can serve it with yogurt on top and with chopped fruit such as bananas, kiwis
or strawberries.
