Start the day with this energetic breakfast. Bowls are one of the best options to start the day, not only because of their nutritional value, but also because they are super delicious and easy to make. You can also play with what you have at home, the fun is being able to be creative when putting together our protein bowl. In our case we add citrus fruits to give it that summery touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized banana, sliced and frozen.
  • 2 generous tablespoons of coconut yogurt.
  • 1 scoop Vegaly vanilla.
  • Oranges and a handful of grain to decorate.

How make a smoothie?

Preparation

  1. Place the banana, yogurt and scoop of Vegaly vanilla in the blender glass.
  2. Liquefy. Once blended, check its texture, it should be a creamy texture that you can eat with a spoon, but if you prefer it to be looser you can add little by little more liquid.
  3. Place the preparation in a glass or a bowl and decorate.
